Our straight bone broth is made using beef knuckle and neck bones. We start by roasting them at 400 degrees, before simmering in filtered water with salt and apple cider vinegar for a full 24 hours in order to extract as much collagen and protein as possible. Then we strain the broth, cool it in a blast chiller, package and freeze it so it’s ready for your kitchen. Simply heat and drink it on it’s own, or use this broth as a base for your sauces and soups.
