If you are passionate about good steak, this subscription is for you. Our steaks have a thick, ranch cut of 1 1/2 inches. Our grain-finish and carcass-aging programs result in a defined flavor profile that cannot truly be replicated.
The 10 pound "ALL Steak" Subscription includes a combination of all or some of the following cuts:

If you live within 30 miles of Walla Walla, we will deliver to your doorstep on the first Friday of the month.
If you live outside of the Walla Walla Valley, we ship subscription boxes on the first Tuesday of every month, so it will arrive on your doorstep either Wednesday or Thursday.
